A, power failure (stop thermostat no display) reason: 1, AC disconnect, phase and unstable. 2, check the phase sequence protectors are burnt out. 3, the fuse is burnt out. Solution: 1 check whether the mains is normal, power normal again after work. 2, change the phase sequence protectors. 3, replace the fuse. Second, water pump failure (water pumps stopped working other displays normal) reason: 1, pump overload protector on the AC contactors. 2, pump capacitor burned out (single phase). 3, pump itself, such as: coil burned out, bearing necrosis. Troubleshooting: 1, tap overcurrent protection RESET reset button. 2, replace capacitor. 3, replace water pump (should be noticed when replacing the water pump water pump turn). Three, compressor failure (frozen water pump runs but compressor stops) causes: 1 on AC contactor, compressor overload protector. 2, compressor capacitor burned out (single phase). 3, check the compressor coil windings is normal, the winding value should be greater than 7 troubleshooting: 1, tap overcurrent protection RESET reset button. 2, replace capacitor. 3, determine the winding problem, replace the compressor. Four, high and low pressure switch failure (frozen water pump runs but compressor stops) reason: 1, filter clogging. 2, the system is low on refrigerant causing low pressure alarm. 3, high pressure alarm caused by circulating cooling water stopped working. 4, heat radiator fan stop working causing high voltage alarm. Troubleshooting: 1, clean the filter or replace the same type of filter. 2, add refrigerant to the system. 3, check the cooling water pump is functioning properly, and repair or replacement. 4, Check the heat AC cooling fans are working properly, and repair or replacement. Note: 1, troubleshoot the above should be checked before connecting the power line for a break, damage and short circuit, and avoid the unnecessary troubles during the maintenance period. 2, when a machine fails, machine repair professionals, forbidden forced starting of the machine in the machine processing failure.
